Mr. Noderer was a terrific soccer coach. He believed in me when I tried out for the varsity in 1964. I made starting varsity at right wing and rec'd honorable mention All-Pbulic. I played in my junior year and make 2nd team All-Public. In my senior year, he encouraged me to run for VP of the student body and I was elected Vice-President. I was also-co-captain in my senior year and make 1st team All-Public. He instilled in my the belief in myself that when I enlisted in the USArmy in 1968 and successfully completed basic training, electronics training and was promoted 3 times in 6 months. I also organized and captained the USForces in a 14 nation int'l league. I also played semi-pro for a team in the Belgian leagues.
He was an honorable man and always showed me ways of correcting my position at right wing. More importantly, he show those human traits that you build better men by instructing that berating. I will always be grateful that Mr. Noderer was animportant part of my life. Eddy Schrandt class of 1967
